How Does iTero Work?
We scan your teeth and gums with a small handheld wand that uses radiation-free optical and laser imaging technology to capture 6,000 frames a second. The scanning process only takes about two minutes and images are streamed to our computer instantly.
iTero renders digitally perfect, 3D impressions of your teeth and soft tissue structures. With state-of-the-art software, Dr. Durschlag can plan your treatment directly on the 3D model of your mouth for maximum precision. He can also show you your diagnosis from all angles and use the Outcome Simulator to give you a glimpse of what your future smile will look like.
